Our Staff

William Fasching is owner/operator of Southwest Hearing Aid Service. He is a state-licensed hearing instrument specialist, licensed for the evaluation of hearing for the dispensing of hearing instruments. In the past he has served as an examiner for our state licensing board and also was a member. He supports many local organizations, such as the WWII Memorial in town, Vernon County Law Enforcement Association, and the Christian Businessmen's Association. He has been licensed for the dispensing of hearing aids since 1983. His wife Gayle also works in the business as bookkeeper.

Rosemary Hanson has worked here since 1988.  Her duties include secretary, receptionist and insurance submissions as well as hearing aid checks and minor service work.  She also schedules all appointments including those from our nine service centers.
